I could eat Mexican food every day for the rest of my life. It’s an addiction and it’s only getting worse. From tortas to tostada salad and everything in between, I love it all. Many Mexican dishes consist of the same basic ingredients which is why I’ll eat pretty much any/all of it. You could put guac on a shoe and I’d eat it. It isn’t the healthiest of foods so I try to limit myself, but sometimes you can’t help but stop at the little hole-in-the-wall taco stand for a nice greasy carne asada torta. Yum!
Whether it’s the Pad Thai,Italian Bolognese, or Chinese Chow Mein…I love noodle dishes. It’s such a comfort food and I always find myself craving it. I don’t really get tired of eating noodle dishes and I’m always in the mood for it. Not only is it something I love to eat but I also love cooking it. I’m on a mission to create the best pasta dish. The options are endless for noodle dishes and that’s why they’re my favorite.
